[ continued part 4 : last ] :  I have an address of resolve that I have to find a method to make this happen. I really need an over-reaching moral agency to intervene in this situation. Even though I own a unique set of internet domains that have been registered in view of this conflict all the way back to Oakland, nothing serves to uproot this conspiracy and every single person of interface that I have attempted remains silent to the cause and effect that is happening against the HIV community.  It is apparent that with the issued statements that the Las Vegas regional service area will not meet the global 90/90/90 targets in the prevention of HIV by 2020. That they issued a statement for reaching these goals ten years later by 2030. The reason for this 10-year gap is this conspiracy, I just know that is the fact. [ continued part 3]: I have had my time attempting to interface with a supportive care in that I can never escape from being targeted when I am living out on my own.  I am a refugee status in the protection of family against this hate as I attempt to rebuild my life back. But this is not the end of the drama.  I detached from services with Foothilll Aids Project twice due to lack of confidence and loss of trust.  This has been a major delay in my attempt to get a doctor provider care and mental health services here in my hometown.  The country department of public health detached services because I was pressing this issue forward.  I then had a doctor at @Borrego Health clinic in San Bernardino that also would not assist me in bringing my story through to the CDC director Dr. Mermin on Twitter [ @DrMerminCDC].  So I at this time, I have no HIV Doctor and the CDC HIV Director has blocked me on twitter even though the @ACLU has an internet meme that government dept or persons cannot block social media and is a violation of my civil rights.  I need assistance in bringing a message forward of a conspiracy involved in the HIV services industry of this country.

[ continued part 2 ]:  However later in the following year it would be determined to be the leadership directors of Colorado Health Network DBA Colorado AIDS Project & Howard Dental Center that conducted this targeted campaign against me. The first point that I identified was on July 5th during a document exchange in front of their office with an unusual behavior of Jamie Villalobos. I made a Facebook live video the next day when in that video I named Mr. Villalobos at the puppeteer of this targeted hate campaign against me.  I am naming names here because it is pretty much self-evident that this is the fact by the negative outlook employee reviews on Glassdoor that start to appear a few weeks later on July 28th 2017. You can look up the reviews for yourself.  I had to leave town shortly after the document exchange to return to San Bernardino. It is not to my surprise that region to region there is a systemic problem with Ryan White Funded social services. When I arrived back to my hometown, I attempted an interface with @Foothill AIDS Project but to no avail that they would bring this story forward and help me remove the interfering element internal of social services as the source of the hate that I cannot escape from.

Dear Google My name is James Martin Driskill and I have been in a living nightmare dealing with my attempt to bring awareness of a grave problem that is affecting the HIV Communities across the United States. What has been found is a systemic problem of hate, bias, racism, stigma, and disenfranchisement within the Ryan White Care Act social services agencies. Moreover, in my attempt to help and assist this underserved population among the HIV populations in two regions, I received hate, harassment, and retaliation for my efforts to bring resources of empowerment models within the community.  This happened twice in 10 years in two different regions of the social services support for HIV persons. In 2005, I was not successful at defending myself against an unjust eviction. I made a promise to walk home [ Oakland to San Bernardino ] on May 20th, 2006 to the attorney in protest to the events that occur. I attempted that walk on September 21st, 2013 [ http://alongwalkofbeauty.gruwup.net ] but that walk got no community interest while I was on a waiting list for housing. In Denver, I had the same hate paradigm occur leading to eviction. I was able to fully identify the hate source at the time they filed for eviction Nov 30 2016.

A book about Mae as a little girl (Mae among the stars) is in the rotation of children's books I read to my 3 year old daughters before bedtime.  One day, I heard one of them repeating to another child... Google.... have had the worst experience for Pixel 2XL in India. Never expected Google to be so lenient in customer support. Very poor service by Google.
