Dear San Bernardino County Sheriff Department. My name is James Martin Driskill and I have a previous interface with Dep Terry Klinkhart that should be inclusive of this report. It was in October when the posse that was lead by Dep Sheriff Klinkhart arrived at the residence of my mother's home where I am writing today to investigate some words that I had written within [ within not some blog space ] an FBI Submission report. That report's contents was then faxed to my doctor's office -- for which Doctor Christopher Eric Berger was to become aware of the content per my directives that my faxes be delivered in a set particular distribution order. The statement that I made was vague but it was to get the attention of the FBI when no other methodology so far had worked. Doctor Berger and I should have formed and understanding with two (2) separate 2 1/2 hour sessions of discussion sessions two week apart just prior to the issuance of this fax. The statement was taken out of context intentionally as an act of "discrimination" to not enable or accommodate the United Nations Convention Rights for Persons With Disabilities. What I said was:
